i would pick the consitution they had all the branches that can help us and all the branches had different rolls they can do that itz different from eachother.
The Constitution because had the bill of rights ,three branches of government and those things hlp i mr christi how r u doin we could go see a movie by
The constitution of course. It is the document that's responsible for creating the three branches of government, which is very important. It also consisted of the so called "Bill of Rights". The Bill of Rights gave each citizen individual rights. That was another important part of the constitution.
The Articles of Confederation....I don't really know much about that....all i do know is that the second congress tried to ratify it.
The Constitution because it had three seperate branches so neither of them got too much power. They are executive, judicial, & legistlative. It also had a stronger goverment than the articles of confederation. The Constitution also had reprsentatives in parliment.
I would pick the United States Constitution because they had the three branches of government judical, exutive, and legaslative and helped us organize are government and they gave them checks and balences so they can check eachother to see they dont over rule the power
i think that the counstution is a stronger & better document because it has standed for over 50 years & is still standing till this day. It also has the Bill of Rights & three branches of government. These branches can check and balance (aka check to balance out power of the branches) each other.
i think the constitution is better because of the bill of rights and because it's been in america for about 200 years and because the 3 branches of government keep it fair.
i say the constitution because it uses all three branches insted of one. the articles of confederation didn't have the common currency, had a weak government, only used the legislative branch,(no executive branch,if we sticked to the articles of confederation we wouldn't have a president!) sooooooo. that iz my reason for choozing constitution.
I THINK THE CONSTITUTION ALSO BECAUSE, TH BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT HELPED US OUT WITH HOW TO MAKE THE LAWS AND YOU COULD CHECK THE BALANCES OF EACH BRANCH TO MAKE SURE THERE NOT GAINING TO MUCH POWER.AND UNLIKE THE OTHER ARTICLE, THEY DIDN'T HAVE A WEAK NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, NO JUDICIAL OF EXECUTIVE BRANCH[i think]AND EVERYONES VOTE COUNTED!!
