Colonies

You are to write a story about why you wanted to come to the New World and then what your life is like once you are there. Your topics to chose from are a Quaker going to Pennsylvania, a Puritan going to the Massachusetts Bay Colony, or a debtor prisoner going to Georgia. Your story should be multiple paragraphs and do not forget to sign in your name.

    Hello my name is Jeff Dunhman and i just got out of jail for not paying some debts and now i think i have leaned my lesson and i am coming from England to Georgia. And here are some reasons i want to come to Georgia is because i have heard that it is very pretty there and the royal charter (june 20, 1732) granted by King George II for the colony of Georgia, a board of Trustees was established to fulfill this goal.
    Since that time Georgia has become the commercial leader of the region. The state now ranks first in the production of peanuts,pecans,lima beans and pimiento peppers.
    And now i think that you have heard a lot about me so yeah bye bye! :)

    I'm Ms. UnicornPersonSuperPersonTheBestOfAllPerson but people call me
    Ms.UPSPTBOAP or Ms. Person. If I wanted to go to the New World I would go to Pennsylvania Colony. My life wold be a little hard but at least its beautiful.

    I have 2 kids named GingerBreadGirl and BurgerBoy. My kids are very young and in England there having a war about who eats the last bite of cheese. I didn't want my kids to be in all of that. So I brought my kids to Pennsylvania Colony!

    So if I wanted to survive I would have to fish and hunt for food. Also if I wants some drink I will gets some water from the rivers, then I would make a fire and heat the water,then drink.My family won't survive if I don't make them a house. I use animal and bark to make my house. If I can do this everyday, you bet I can survive.

    In england 1733 I owned my own store.I had it for years ,that was until i couldn't pay my workers.At first they wouldn't talk about it that much. Then it became a problem. they told the king i was sent to debtors prison.It was a rough ride there rain,wind and anything you could think of. When we got there it was horrible .We were hardly fed and when we were it was half cook.I had a hard time,there but eventually i was sent back to england.

    When i got back to england my life was alright that was until i was sent back but ,still to this day i was never told why. nothing change it was still horrible . I would eventually stay there the rest of my life. the end

    My name is John Calvin. I'm a debtor prisoner. If you don't know what that means, it means I haven't payed my debt so I am a prisoner.By the early February, 1733, a small group of settlers was headed up the Savannah River. They landed at Yamacra Bluff on February 12. I want to come to the new world because I can pay off my debt and be free and live at a settlement.

    I am in debtors prison and they just said that we are going to Georgia Colony in the new world. They put us in a large ship to sail to the new world finally we reach land from our long journey luckily only a few of us died on the trip. We came to Georgia to pay off our debts for economic ways to pay our debt. I am working a job in the store in the village I live
    in. Did I ever mention my name, it is Sier Justin Coberly.

    Now I have payed my debt to society and I am living with my wife and three children. All of them are boys that are growing up fast, one of them is in first grade witch is the youngest one my middle one is just starting middle school my oldest is out of school working at the shop I own now around the corner the same one I worked in to pay my debt. So I am living my life happily and out of debt.

    i've been up all night in this stupid prison! man if they keep me in this prison one more day i am going to bust out of this place!i miss me three kids josh,jake,brandon. i don't even know who there mom is.i miss my brother tim for me,and my sister miranda.i only owed england a dollar and three quarters!i got to work 20 hours a day!england is trippin if they going to keep me in this place! the guard is coming he's going to tell me to shut up and get back to work

    I just arrived in the Massachusetts Bay Colony which was established in 1628. We had to follow the puritans religious beliefs. No one liked the puritans beliefs. The newcomers thought they were dumb I didn't I was used to them. Besides the the puritans the Massachusetts Bay Colony was nice. It was the largest early New England settlement. Soon the happiness was gone the puritans refused to obey the English trade laws. Then in 1684 we lost our charter. Things got better later on which was good. I was not forced to come to the Massachusetts Bay Colony it was an idea and I'm glad I thought of it.

    Hi, my name is Frollybog Popperdecker and i am going to Georgia go to my friends prison which is called Debtors' prison ( he died there). He called for an investigation into the conditions of British jails. He formulated a plan to obtain the release some people from debtors' prison to establish a new colony, South of Carolina. To be inhabited by the "worthy poor" of London. "Worthy poor" included the debtors' and other homeless people. The Royal Charter (June 20, 1732) was granted by King George II.On November 16, 1732 a ship called Anne sailed for a new colony. There was 114 colonist aboard to make a voyage.

    A small group of settler headed up the Savannah River. The group landed at Yamacra Bluff on February 12th. Popperdecker began laying out lots for Savannah, Georgia.

    "I had to go to debtor's prison because I couldn't pay my employees.
    When they told me I was going to the New World I was scared.Then I found out I was going to Georgia,to start a new colony! When I first got there I had to work for my food,it was almost like being a slave.

    After I paid off my debt I went to get a job down on my uncle Bob's Farm.I worked until I had enough money to buy a house.After I bought my house, I started living off hunting and fishing,and I sold fur to fur traders.One day in the woods while I was hunting I saw someone,not a English person because barely had on any clothes.He had to be a Native American!

    I went over and tried to communicate with him,but I couldn't understand what he was saying.So I just ended up following him back to his village.Once I found out their was more than one I was shocked!When I went back to the colony I told everybody I knew about them and the Cheeroke and the englist people in Georgia became friends.

    Lashawna Johnson was really angry because after a friend of her died in debtor's prison. So by early February,1733 I had ended up in like a small group of settlers and i was about to head up to the Savannah River. But on June 20,1732 the granted by king george 2 for the colony of Georgia a board of trustees was established to fulfill this goal. When the ship anne had sailed for new colony on November 16, 1732, but one of the 114 colonists aboard been released from debtors' prison to make the voyage.

When I sailed on the Anne ship New Colony on November 16,1732, 144 colonists aboard had been released from debtors prison to make the voyage. Heaven said on January 2, 1788

    Hello my name is John paster and am a debtor prisoner, and I am going to tell you about why I wanted to go to the New Would. While to start my story of I was tired of being keep prisoner. I was a prisoner for 21 hole year after all, all we ate were peanuts, pecans, lima beans and pimiento peppers.(Trust me it starts to make you sick the first week of eating the same thing.) When I was about to serve my 22 year in the debtors prison when I hatched an idea! When we started on are voyage that King Gorge the second was going to make us do I sneaked out of the ordered line and made a run for my money. I knew that they were going to find that someone is out of order so I hide in a little tree hole and stayed there for the night... The next morning I was awakened by the sound of barking dogs so I ran as fast as I could. Then after it felt like I was running forever the barking had stopped so I thought they were gone so I went and tock a little nap.

    When I woke up I realized I was in a nap sake and tied up. When I finally got to sit up strait I get to find that I am on a ship! After a little while of struggling I finally got out:). Then I got into a little row boat and got away, but that night a heavy storm hit and my boat broke and I was wiped out:(..... A few weeks later I was up and some ware with now food, now shelter, and now boat.

    But it wasn't all bad after a few weeks I got to make friends with Indians they helped me eat, make shelter, and even make a new boat for me. My life was the best .:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

    William Penn started his adventures with the "Quakers". king charles the 2 posted a payment of 16,000. William Penn went to a land which is now called pennsylvania ,and owned a 45,000 piece of land almost as big as England . William Penn named it philadelphia which means" city of brotherly love".

    My name is Jabooty Unicorn. I am from England and I`m going to tell you about about my life. First of all I went to prison because I did not pay for my home. I had been put in prison for 25 years.It was very dull in there. So I was demanded to escape.

    So it was the seventh year and twenty first that I was in this dump. On
    that day I was playing with my fellow inmates and I saw 2 people fighting and an open window. Everyone was watching the the fight
    I thought to myself "I should make a run for it". So I did and I made it out of the prison.I don`t know if anyone saw me but I did it. I was happy as can be.

    It was a year and seventy eight days after I left the prison. I did not hear anything from the prison or about the prison. So I guess no one ever realized I was gone. But on the year and eighty fifth day after I left the prison. I heard the police sounds and they busted in my house. I was put in jail for another 30 years.I was very mad

    I was one of the Quakers that couldn't afford to pay. A friend of mine was angry because his friends was in jail. Then he ask the KIng they could settle in the new world. The King said that was fine for him. So they settle in Pennsylvania and they had their religious freedom.

    Im a prisoner going to Georgia, cause Im tired of being a prisoner, and i wanna leave and never go again. So i go to Georgia, on my way there I didn't see any wanted signs with my picture on it so, I am not really that scared at first to be in Georgia.
    When i get to Georgia I get scared i see lots of cops, jails, police stations everywhere. i wast frightened i didn't wanna be in jail for another 5 years, so i started to panic I ran screaming then they thought I was being suspicious so i was even more scared. Then they started to ask me lots of questions. When I finally calmed down the cops left me alone.I never went to jail in Georgia, I stayed in Georgia for the rest of my life at first when i got there i was scared but now,
    I love living in Georgia!

    We were free from the king and we lived close to the Ohio river. We learned how to hunt and fish.We had a leader and his name was James. He was a great leader for this state, pennsylvania. My name was Jon May and our leader James he was a great friend.

    Good day my name is arcablockin mayham and I am quarker.Im such a good person to people but they be mean in return.I am a christian but that bloody penn wants to get rid of us.They don't know a good one when they see one i will surely put him in his place. This place i a bloody reck. The rest of us or leaving to go to pennsylvania BUT I AM STAYING RIGHT HERE AND FIGHT FOR MY RIGHT!!!!!!. And there shall be peace in this land before i die. They should RESPECT MY ATHOURITY AND LET ME SAY! My kids will be raised to be be strong young men GOOD DAY SIR.

    boushkin noushkin and my friend sackaguwea was one of the quakers who couldn't afford to pay. my friend was mad because his friend was in jail. i had to go to debtors prison because i couldn't afford to pay the taxes. boushkin noushkin and his friend sackaguwea were in debtors prison and they only got three pieces of corn each day. the jail warden said to respect my athouity and go work in the garden for 15 hours . boushkin noushkin and his friend sackaguwea said ITS A FREE COUNTRY AND I AM STAYIN HERE TO PUT THEM BLOODY PEOPLES AWAY IN THEIR OWN BLOODY PRISON!!! AND I SAY GOOD DAY. after that we took debtors prison and one day pow pow they declared war.

    One day Ron Smith made a person build a barn but he didn't pay him because he didn't have enough money to pay him. So he went to jail and stayed there for about two days so far. Then James Oglethorpe came and freed us. He took me and my family to the new world to Georgia in a ship. It was hectic my family was sea sick the hole time. Finely we arrived to Georgia.

    When we got there it was very dirty but it was better then a prison. we lived there for a while now and we got use to it. so when we were there those days we always slipped in mud and always fell in puddles. Like I said IT'S BETTER THEN THAT BLOODY PRISON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, i'm Samantha Mayes and, i'm going to tell you a little about my journrney to Pennsylvania. Well on March. 4, 1681 King Charles the 2nd of England decided to grant William Penn dept of 16,000 pounds that the king owed to Williams father. Iam a Quaker and i live in England but, i have to move to Pennsylvania. i've got a long journey ahead of me. my father was a blacksmith and made very little money. My mother was a cook and she got paid by meat. So we had very little supplies. William Pen promised the settlers of his new plantation freedom of religious worship.

    On Oct. 28, 1701 Penn issued a new Constitution. It was called the character of privlages , to salvage his holy experiment. No other colonial assembely enjoyed so much power. No other governer was clearly pitted against a legislative body. But the character of privleges proved to be much less destructive of his holy experiment.

    Now about my journey. Well, like i said before my father is a blacksmith a gets paid very little. My mother was a cook and, only got paid meat. So when we started our journey we didnt have that much to carry. We only had enough food to last 2 days not a lot. But, we survived the long trip to Pennsulvania.

    Hi my name Brittany Wright and Im a debtor in England. Im in debtor's prison because I didn't pay my taxes. Im am going to tell you about my journey to the Georgia Colony. James Oglethorope released me from debtor"s prison to start a colony in South Carolina. When the ship left me and 113 other people were released from debtor's prison.When we landed in Savannah,Georgia some of us headed up the Savannah River, where it is marshy and muddy.Georgia was really pretty. Most of us were glade that we were free from debtor's prison. For the first couple of months most of the people were getting sick and dying. I asked James Oglethorope if i could get a job. He said your job is farming. The next day i went out to the field and started working. Some guy asked me who gave you this job. I said"James Oglethorope. He said King james II forced me to do this job. At least I was getting paid enough to buy a house, buy food, and pay my taxes.


    The next couple of months later my friend Becky i made became sick. A couple weeks later she died from starvation and lack of drinking. The water there was terrible if you drank the water you had a chance of dying. When i went to work in the fields the next day it was cold and i had nothing to make me warm so i went back to my house and layed in bed. I died September 12,1774 of lack drinking water and hypothermia.

    Hi my name is Lauren Bean and I will love to be the Georgia Colony indians because I would want to help them fight for their freedom.If I was there my life will be crazy and scary.I would be very scared to live in the debtor's prison.If they chose me to be the leader I might have to find a way for all of us to escape.If they choose me to be a leader we all might not make it.
    Once we escape the debtors prison we would have to figure out how to have our freedom. For a while a person name Claire said we can go to Georgia and then we will have our freedom.So we went to my house and got some food and all the water I had and left for good.As we left a man asked us where did we think we are going and Claire said we are going to Georgia so we can have our freedom and then we left. When we got there everybody was surprise and we all left and thats how i would change the world.

    I'm looking for religous freedom my name is Abraham I am a Quaker we are headed for Pennsylvania. We are being leaded by William Penn. We came here to avoid religous prosecution and being executed. Our trip was long and hard many suffered from disease and starvation. I am stunned that I survived,so many died including my baby daughter Annie my wife and I grieved for days.

    I'm a puritan and my name is James Helms.I was sent to the Massachusetts Bay Colony by King Charles the first.I had to be apart of their religious group or I would sent back to England or expelled to such other Rhode Island and New Hampshire.We had to hunt and grow our food.

    I'm a poor and worthy girl named Annie. I'm in prison because I owe a lot of money to plenty of people. But I no when i get out I will make my way to the new world I'll tale you about it. The reason why I'm moving from England to the new world I don't want to end up like an old friend Oglethorpe.THE early february 1733 around 30 people and my self went to the new world. On the way i got see all types of things.In the middle of the trip all marshy and moss.

    I got out of that scum hole thanks to James Oglethorpe but as we sail on this ship to georgia I grow tired of this ship. Today we hit land as the ship grows hollow as the others get off the ship. I become happy that I came on this trip. As I step off the ship I saw that it my feet where in water. As i look around I saw no source of life.
    As me and the others trudge thought marshy water I felt a chill run down my spine as if someone or something was watching. As I turned to look there was nothing there . I felt it again this time there was a wolf coming straight at me.

    john macintosh Me and my family moved to georgia cause i could not pay a fine. So they ship us to georgia to live out our life. And when we got there it not what i expected. I thought it was all ready settle i guess that is why there were so many people

In March,4,1681 king Charles the second granted William Penn some land in the new world to pay off some debt.Later,William took the Quaker's and other religious sects to the Pennsyvinil colony.

    Hi my name is Babamoom kala bing bong. I am a quaker in Pennsylavnia. In 1681 King Charles II o England granted William Penn a new world colony as a payment for a dept of 16'000 pounds. By giving Penn a colony in the new world he managed to pay out an amazing dept and at the same time rid his country of quakers. King Charles named the new colony "Penn woods" in honor of the admiral. Penn called the capital city Philadelphia, meaning the "city of Brotherly Love" to reflect his colony serve as a haven for quakers and other oppressed christians seeking religious freedom. Penn guaranteed the settlers of his new "plantation" freedom of religious worship. This rare offer attracted not only quakers, who had been persecuted in England, but also other Europeans who had suffered because of there religious belief.

    My name is Pocadot and I live in England . I was a homeless colonies ,and I didn't pay my debt so I have to to Debtor prison .
    My friend Oglethorpe help me t get a new live so he sent me to the New World . When I arrive the land was beautiful and when we land I was working hard to load our supplies . We name the land Georgia because it was name after King Georgia the 2 . When it winter we have no warm cloths to wear so we trade with the indians some our gun for their fur . When it spring I go out to the field and plant some crops and meet friends . When I go up I will get marry and her name is Nora .

    My name is John Star and i am a Quaker living in Pennsylvania. By giving William Penn a Colony in America he managed too pay off an outstanding debt and at the same time rid his country of us, the Quakers. The Quakers are a religious sect that constantly challenged English laws and the legitimacy of the Anglican Church, the nations established church. William Penn's colony was named "Penn's Wood" and it was 45,000 square miles almost the size of England itself. William Penn called it Philadelphia, meaning the "City of Brotherly Love" to reflect his desire that his colony serve as a haven for Quakers and other oppressed Christians seeking Religious Freedom.

James Oglethorpe another thing is James was really angry after his friend of his died in debtors prison and a long time after that the people from debtors prison established a new colony,south carolina. in the royal charter [june 20,1732] granted by king george 11 for the colony of georgia.

    Amanda is a debtor prisoner in Georgia.Greg was freed by James Oglethorpe. She went with James to start a new colony.It included debtors' prison and homeless people. They sailed on a ship named Anne. Amanda didn't make it because not one person from debtors' prison had been released to make the voyage. His family died together

    Early in 1733 Labyrinth and a group settlers headed up the Savannah River. Him and his crew landed at Yamacra Bluff on February,12 and Oglethorpe began the process of laying out lots for Savannah,Georgia. They were free from releigous rules.

    hi my name is Alice Cullen. i am quaker and i came to go to the new world so i could have freedom to practice my faith and/or religion. we named the settlement "Penn's Woods" after William Penn. our life was hard in England. King Charles the second did not want us there. So we went t the new world and King Charles the second payed for it because he was in debt. When we got to the new world we made churches to show our religion. I am led by William Penn. We came to the New World in the year 1681. My favorite food is pie. I don't like being led by William Penn he is really mean and bossy! He yells at me if i don't do my job! isn't that crazy?!?!? My job is a house wife. My husbands name is Bob and he works as a farmer. My favorite thing i studied in school was science because i had a meanie for a social studies. oh i just saw a hobo outside my window. I am cooking dinner for my four kids and husband. i'm making his favorites, green beans,chicken,and corn.

    My name is Ally Wally i am a Quaker from Pennsylvania.I left pennsylvania as a christian seeking religious freedom. When i arrived in the new world William Penn guaranteed the settlers of his new "plantation" freedom of religious worship. Indians and European settlers worked together regardless of there faith. Since i was a woman i was a house wife and didn't work much. Here i n the new world we all had religious freedom church was made the rules because everyone was religious.

    hi my is Edward Cullen! I have two kids. I am happily married.We are very poor.I farm for people as a job. My wife stays home cooks and cleans. One day I was eating dinner until i heard a "knock knock" at my door. King George told me that my family had to leave and go to Georgia.My wife started to cry but i told her it would be ok we could star over a new life.Years went by and life is ok.we are not poor but we are not wealthy.My kids are grown and married.WE LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER!

    My name is Pedro i am a quaker,i came to the new world a couple weeks ago hoping to spread my religion.We landed in a place we named pennsylvania, after your king William Penn.We were promised your own plantation.My friend Bob is swimming today, it looks like fun.I also meet a hobo today he tasted like sunshine dust.Me and the hobo had so much fun we got married it was fabulous. We had the wedding in the ally way were he lives.We were so happy together we had 5 kids their names were Sam, Jarod, kyle, kaila, and laila.we lived happily ever after

    Hello m name is KIMORA LEE SIMMMONS and i just came out of prison from england and the Oglethorpe had said cum start over and come have another chance in life so in went over to the new world in the new world i met a man and i had a baby boy and now im in the new world and in the new world i got a job as a farmer and then i got my house and i hd enoff money to gett wat i needed in my house like food and ect.. after all of that started maken good money and im doning great ...

    TON BE CONTINUED..............I STOPED BENING A FRAMER AND DECIDED TO TAKE CARE OF MY family i HAD ENoFF MOnEY TO PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY BUT MY HUDSBAND DAWAYNE RAN THE FARM WHILE I STAYED home taking carE OF the faMILY and i never had any debt cus i all ways SPEND MY MONEY WISELY AND BYE THIS TIME MY KIDS WERE OLD ENOFF TO GO TO SCHOOL so they wennt to school AND THERE GRADS WERE GOOD AND SOME TIMES I WOULD GO VIST HIM IN SCHOOL AND I LIKED TEACHING IT SEEMED FUN SO I DECIDED TO START WORKIN AS A TEACHER AND IT WUZ GREAT I EVEN LEARDED THINGS along the way a few mouths after my birthday wuz commin up and for my birthday we went out to eat and yea and life was great so yea........

    Hi, i'm Sarah aand when I was in England I was in prison .Oglethore said if you come with me you can strat over with your life and I said ok. So once we got on bot I was like NO. Once we all got here I was relfed.When we were on the bot I thought we were going to sink. When I got my house I had to set up my house and then go start framing. After a whaile I was doing great I had a faimly everything.So I stoped framing and took care of my family.My husbeand john dose the framing now are kids go to school.so that's how I came to the new world in 1733.

    Hello, my name is Alison Davis. I am on my way to the New World and I am leaving England because i am in debtor's prison. The reason I am in debtor's prison because i owed the King and goverment some money. I never got a chance to give them the money. I am doing my best to try to get the money. I almost have all the money that i owe them. Hopefully i get to get out of here soon to be able to go see all of my family, i miss them so much you could never understand how much i wish my family didn't get in to debt because now it is all on me. Now it's all up to me if my family can pay off the debt and if i can't pay off the debt my kids are going to have to deal with this giant debt. So right now i have half of all the money that i owe i only owe 10,000 more. My sister Alexis Davis is also going to start helping my raise 10,000, she is also in debtor's prison because of are family so she is going to raise 5,000 and I am going to raise 5,000. I hate to say this but i have to go work so bye.........:)

    IJAMES OGLETHORPE WAS A GREAT LEDER HE STOOD UP TO WHAT HE BELIVE WAS GOING TO GET THE DEEBTORS OUT OF THAT BRITSH JAIL AND HOW DID HE DO THAT LETS FIND OUT JAMES FRIEND DIED AFTER HE DIED HE SAID WE ARE GOING TO GET OUT OF THIS JAIL SO HE STARED A PLAN ON THAT ONE DAY HE SAID TO HIM SELF AND SAID SOUTHCAROLINA AND THEN HE WENT TO EVERY BODY IN THE JAIL AND SAID WEARE GOING TO MAKE SOUTH CAROLINA ESTABLISH COLONY NOVEMBER 161732 THEY GOT READY TO ROCK AND ROLL THEY 114 MEN ON THAT SHIP GOT READY AND ROLLED TO SOUTH CAROLINA FERBREY 12 1998 JAMES AND HIS CREW FOUND GEORGIA AND THATS HOW THE DEBTORS GOT FREE AND IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT YOU CAN FAMOUSE

    James Oglethorpe helped us a lot by getting us out of that horrid jail. The thing that isn't right when we got out we sent to an island in georgia. thing was that the island was beautiful. It perfect for growing peaches matter of fact it was called the peach state. the reason i would live in Georgia is because it seems like the perfect place and because when you live your name sounds awsome. and it would defintv be better than prison. possibly you get away with murder like killing. my buddies and i would be called the dobble gangers it would just be me, tom, jacob, anthony,and dajion. I was the leader we had the best raping killing group there was. our live was perfect in 1788. anthony had the most beautiful coin ever. we were pimpin we had long chains an everthing .

    My name is skinny D and I just escaped from debtors prison with my friends i was in prison on a murder charge for killing a lady for 5 dollars. . When i escaped the police were every were looking for me And my friends but luckily we just found a group of people going to a new world where we can live my life like new men and this man named Oglethorpe hie is the man leading us to the new world with others when we get there he said he will name it Georgia when i got there i made a hut big like a mansion i fished so much it was like i had fish for days and had so much wood my fire would never go out i had me and my friends were living like royalty we were multi millionair we were the richest people in the vilage and we lived out our life until we died as the richest boys ever.

    THE DEBTORS WANTED TO ESCAPE TO GEORGIA BECAUSE THEY WERE IN PRISON.JAMES OGLETHORPE WANTED TO RESCUE THEM FOR PRISON BECAUSE HIS FRIEND DIED IN PRISIN.I GOT THEM OUT AND ESCAPED TO GEORGIA.SO NOW WE ARE HERE.WE STOP TO GET GAS AND TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT.WE ALSO STOPED TO GO FISHING.AND WE KEPT THE LIVE FISH,PUT THE LIVE FISH IN A COOLER.TAKE THEM HOME AND KEEP THEM IN A FISH TANK.AND I PLANNED ON GETTING MARRIED.AND SOON I GOT MARRIED.MY HUSBANDS NAME IS TREY.AND THEN MY SISTER GOT MARRIED AND HAD 3 KIDS.THEN ME, MY HUSBAND,MY SISTER AND HER KIDS MOVED INTO A MANSION.THEN WE FOUND A WALLET FULL OF MONEY.IT WAS SUMMER TIME SO WE BOUGHT A POOL.AND A SLIDE FOR MY NIECES AND NEPHEWS.TO BE CONTINUED

    I was in debt but then a man came and freed us. But now I am stuck on a ship in the middle of the ocean! The foods horrible, there's hardly any water, and people are getting sick and dying it is also smelly. Everyone says it will take a month before we get to the new world but I hope it doesn't take a month. One day I was laying in my bunk when our ship hit land our captian send out explorers and they didn't come back. When I looked into the forest I saw a T-Rex come running out of it. Then three more came then fifteen the crew puled the anchore and we left that was one of the wierdest things that happend. As we started to leave a storm appeard and we went right through it and we just missed a wirl pool then I got hit in the face with fling wood. When I woke up I was on land. to bee continued..........

    My name is Jane Benson, I am a Quaker. When I used to live in England, I had very little freedom. They would not allow any of us to Worship what we believed in. One day William Penn told us that the King had gave him a colony in the New World, in place of 16,000 pounds he owed him.He promised that there, we could worship anything that we believed in. When we got to Pennsylvania, there were already some people living there. Penn was kind to them and taught them about religion.

    Soon after we all got settled in, I found a job as a Tailor. The first constitution said that we all had a voice in government. He also split the government into three parts. Over the next couple years, things went bad. People started fighting over rental fees and land distribution. They also were unsure of Penn's ability to remain governor after he was away from the colony for 15 years. When He finally returned everybody begged him to revise the constitution.
    When he did change it he called it the Charters of Privileges. I have been living here and working as a tailor ever since.
